The index card with your vendor code number on it
is the ONLY way we have of knowing how much to pay you after the sale
so make sure your cards are filled out accurately and are securely to your items.
CLOTHING
All clothing MUST be on a hanger. Secure cards to clothing with medium-size ONLY! (The little bitty ones are too difficult for the workers to handle). No Straight pins will be accepted.
Pin the cards to LEFT shoulder with hanger pointing to the RIGHT shoulder as illustraded below.
ITEMS OTHER THAN CLOTHING
Secure cards to non-clothing items with masking tape or clear packing tape. Any item that has pieces that could easily become separated should be enclosed in a plastic bag (i.e. shoes, small pieces to a game, misc small toys). It is a good idea to staple the bag shut as well.
PRICING
When pricing your items, be considerate of the cashiers. They have mass quantities and are trying to half odd numbers.
RETURN
Do you want it returned? Mark "Return" in the bottom left corner.
Do you not want it discounted at the half price sale? Mark "No Discount" in the bottom right hand corner
Any words beyond "Return" and "No Discount" will cause confusion.
NEW: Shoes will be discounted at the half-price sale and will not be returned.
CONSIDERATION
For the consideration of those purchasing and picking up donations, please clean your items before dropping them off. Also, please sell gently used shoes only. Please have your clothes presorted by size for fastest drop off.
